CASA PALMA HUB SAS provides you with the option of receiving your photos at home or in the casa palma hub gallery. You will be notified of the delivery date when you choose the format for each photograph. Our haulage contractor will contact you the day before delivery.

Order on www.casapalmahub.com and choose delivery at the gallery. You can then receive your photograph at casa palma gallery in 12 days, and you’ll be notified by e-mail or WhatsApp when the photograph arrives at the gallery.

Casa Palma photographs are delivered by our partner, in secure packaging that is designed to protect works of art. The amount charged depends on the format of the photograph. The delivery period is eight days from receipt of order.

EXCHANGE OR REFUND UP TO 15 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE

 

You have 15 days (from receipt of your order) to notify us about your return request. The right to withdraw your order will be exercised without any penalty except for the return shipping cost.

 

To do so, please contact our customer service who will outline the procedure. Please take care to check that the photographs are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

To receive a Casa Palma gift cheque for the equivalent amount

For all card payments (Visa, Mastercard) the banking transaction is carried out by redeban, a leader in payment system. Your bank details are encrypted (SSL technology). They do not circulate over the internet and cannot be intercepted. Your bank details (card number, expiry date...) are under no circumstances communicated to Casa Palma Hub.
